Your Wine Making Process:

• SELECT
  We are pleased to help you select the wine just right for you from our selection. Once you have made your selection we help you with mixing the batch. We will look after the fermentation, the racking and the filtering. You simple wait. Some of our kits take 4-5 weeks to get ready for bottling, some take 6-8 weeks.
• BOTTLE
  When ready for bottling we will call and set up an appointment for you to bottle your batch.
  It usually takes less than half an hour to bottle and cork a 23 litre batch (30 Bottles.) We are there to guide and help you through the process.
• ENJOY
  Take your batch or batches home and enjoy.

  Though your wine can be enjoyed almost right away you will find that most wines improve with aging. Many people order the next batch while bottling their current batch. That way they always have a selection aging in their cellar or cabinets.
   

  IMPORTANT: For the first week after bringing your wine home, please store the bottles upright. In all young wines there are still some CO2 that needs to escape through the cork. Additionally, the corking machine has compressed the corks, it takes time for the corks to expand and provide a good seal.
  After the first week, you should store your bottles on their side, this keeps the corks in shape.
