Fermenting

We will help you mix the batch from your choice from our kits.

The fermenting process takes place in our temperature controlled environment.

The process may take 4-8 weeks depending on the kit you choose.

Once your wine has fermented, it is transferred to demijohns, sealed, labeled and kept in a temperature controlled environment.

"Hello, your wine is ready to bottle"

A friendly employee will phone you to set up an appointment for you to do the bottling.

You can bring your own, clean wine bottles or buy new ones on the premises, whichever you choose the first step is to sterilize the bottles.

Bottling Your Wine

A lot simpler than it looks, the machine is designed to make this part of the process a snap to do.

Putting the Corks in.

Once you have filled the bottle with your batch it is time for corking, a quick and simple task.

You might want to bring a family member or a friend to cork while you bottle.

Either way, the task is easy and the equipment will do most of the work for you.

Did we mention Ben?

If you have a moment before you take your wine home, would you mind just tossing that toy a time or ten?

"Would someone please play with me?"
